You asked on the keep why your sorc was weak.
After looking at your gear I can give you a few hints.
1. I don't know your merc, but it should be an A5 offensive one using Uped Inarius' Fall with lvl3 conviction, and Izeal's Vise with lvl 4 conviction.
They stack so it will help, and the spell the A5 merc casts overwrites lower resists, but is A LOT better.
2. Hardpoints in Energy gives a damage boost !
It doesn't look like you have done this at all...
Even my HC sorc is 100% energy. If I want +str or +dex for block I get it from jewels.
(You are softcore so there is no reason not to do this.)
3. You could make a lvl 75 sorc ring with scroll #6.
4. Make a -15% fire Rumor of Pain set of Boots.
Now to answer some of the questions:
Purple Rune you can find from A1 hell, they are just rare, and drop seldom.
Trapsins are nice, probably easier then fire sorc, because of immunes, but you want ring/amu with +teleport for one.
Easiest way to get Maple Leafs is to spawn Diablo Clone (only 30% drop chance of a charm that can be turned in to a leaf, but you can make food for realtively cheap with gambling rings/amus).
The bosses down in Domain are very strong, you shouldn't expect to farm them so easily.
