Reset is done aswell as the Server-Installation!

Added D2Mod-Plugin to RoS
Added the Auto-Gold-Pickup-Plugin to RoS (thanks to MW95 for providing and overworking)
Added D2Respec-Plugin to RoS (reset of Status/Skill points)
Each character starts (temporarily) with a token of Absolution
