D2Sound.dll error

Getting this error for most of the mods I download. don't remember this ever being an issue before....

Any ideas on a fix? I downloaded the dll separately and replaced every single instance of this file that I could find, which did nothing.

 Just did a clean install thinking maybe I screwed something up but still have the same problem

sorry to disappoint you, but this forum is pretty much dead. in case you get some support, better dont expect it to come soon.
Also, regarding your issue, unfortunately i have no clue by myself aswell^^
